Family Life
The Family Life Ministry seeks to develop family relationships by building stronger home within our church as well as reaching out to the Roanoke Valley. We want to meet the needs that are important to your family. Family Life Ministries uses sports, recreation, and leisure activities as a medium to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and to provide an environment for Christian growth.
As part of our attempt to meet the needs important to your family, we offer tips for Building Stronger Families. We know it's hard in today's environment (kids in sports, after school activities, work travel, the list goes on) to make time for quality family togetherness. These tips are designed to give you ideas to jump start or solidify quality time spent as a family.
Facility
Our Family Life Center opened in 1999 and has provided a means to offer a diversity of activities year-round. Our facility includes:
- Raised indoor 1/8 mile track
- Weight room featuring Nautilus equipment and free weights
- Elliptical machine, stationary bike and stair stepper
- Two racquetball courts
- Game room with pool and ping pong tables
- Childcare room
